This policy applies to the Do It Now service operated by Hub42, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), 309 Coffeen Avenue, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Hub42, LLC is the data controller for personal data collected through this service.
When you use the Do It Now bot or sign in on this website, we store your Telegram user ID, display name, and the messages you send to the bot. We also store the tasks and steps generated during your sessions, and a set of persistent facts the coach learns about you over time (your “memories”).
Your data is used solely to provide the coaching service — to generate personalised steps, remember context across conversations, and send you nudges when you go quiet on an active task. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Messages are processed by OpenAI (GPT-4o, Whisper) to generate responses and transcribe voice messages. Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted in the EU). Both services have their own privacy policies.
This website uses Google Analytics and FullStory to understand how visitors use the site. These tools collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, session recordings, clicks) and set cookies on your device. Both are loaded only after you accept cookies via the consent banner.
Stripe is used to process payments. We do not store card details — all payment data is handled by Stripe.
We use a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in to the dashboard. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, FullStory) are only set after you explicitly accept via the consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your memories at any time with the /forget command, reset your conversation history with /clear, or request full account deletion by contacting us below.
Your data is retained for as long as you use the service. You can request deletion by messaging the bot or contacting us directly.
